What We Offer
Coach Brandon is an ACE certified personal trainer with 5 years experience of group and personal training. He has experience in weight loss, muscle gaining or strength training, and sports specific training.
Coach Alyssa trains individuals and groups from a background of competitive powerlifting, weight loss success, and has proper postpartum know how for mother's looking to return to being physically active.




Group Fitness
Attend a group training session for a combination of strategic exercises and a fun motivating atmosphere. You'll learn how to lift with barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, machines, everyday is a new experience in these classes!
One on One
Receive a completely individualized program catered to your needs and goals. Nutrition and supplementation advice included. One on one sessions can be booked according to your preference. Multiple weekly, once weekly, or as needed.
Remote Coaching
This is a great option for any gym goer! Receive a personal program design every 4 weeks to follow along in the gym. This option can also include nutrition advice. While a weekly check in will help to keep you accountable and progressing towards your goals, your coach is accessible through out the 4 weeks for questions and video review if needed.
Recovery Therapies
Utilize cup therapy, scraping, and more to perform at your best! Over time our muscles, tendons, and ligaments become stressed from training our hardest. It's important to make sure that we help our bodies restore and heal properly so we can function at top performance levels. Let us help you recover!
